How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and ship all orders within 48 business hours.

What if my package arrives tampered or opened?

Are product colours exactly as shown on the website?
We try our best to display colours accurately. However, actual product colours may vary slightly due to device screens and photography.
An item from my order is missing. What should I do?
If something is missing from your package, contact our support team as soon as your order arrives. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Will my order ship in one package or separately?
We try to ship your complete order together. If items are stocked in different locations, they may arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry—you’ll receive updates for each shipment.
How do I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll process your cancellation right away.
I cancelled my order. When will I get my refund?
Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 2-5 business days of cancellation and will reflect in your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer and may take up to 7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all over the world. International shipping times range from 7-15 business days depending on your location.
What’s the difference between unstitched, semi-stitched, and ready-to-wear products?
- Unstitched: Fabric that you can get tailored to your size.
- Semi-stitched: Partially stitched items that need some tailoring for a perfect fit.
- Ready-to-wear: Fully stitched, sized, and ready to use garments.
Why was my order cancelled?
Order cancellations are rare, but may happen due to unforeseen issues (like stock unavailability or address problems). If this happens, we’ll inform you right away and process a full refund for prepaid orders.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Can I exchange an item more than once?
We offer a one-time exchange per item.
Will my return be picked up from my address?
Yes! If your area is serviceable by our logistics partners, we’ll arrange a pick-up within 2-5 business days of your request.
If pick-up isn’t available in your area, you can send the product back to us using a reliable courier. We’ll reimburse your shipping charges.
How soon will I get my refund for a returned item?
Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and passes quality check, we’ll process your refund within 48 business hours. The amount will reflect in your account in 2-3 business days (for prepaid orders).
For COD orders, refunds are processed via NEFT and may take 5-7 business days.
Can I return part of a bundle offer?
Yes! You can return individual items from a bundle (like ‘Buy 2 Get 1 Free’). The bundle discount will still be valid for the remaining items.
